Who is this course for?

For triathletes who can already swim, bike, and run a little — and are tired of doing random workouts. You don’t need to be fast, and you don’t need racing experience. If you want to stop guessing and train with a real plan toward a 70.3, this is for you. If you’ve never done any of the three sports, get a few weeks of basic practice in first — this course teaches you how to train, not how to swim.

What exactly do I get?

25 video lessons (~5 minutes each) across 9 modules, plus 29 downloads — 25 worksheet PDFs and 4 calculators. You build as you watch: by the final lesson you’ll have your own season plan — your race, your zones, your training phases, your weekly template. Built by you, not copied from a generic PDF.

How much time do I need?

About 5 minutes a day. One lesson per day means you finish your complete plan in 25 days — and most lessons end with a worksheet step, so the plan builds itself as you go. Watch faster if you want; the course is self-paced.
